Discover how Universal Eco Homes Ireland transformed this property’s weathered exterior with professional wall cleaning, specialist surface treatment and ProPERLA facade coating, delivering a fresh white finish and long-lasting protection against the Irish weather.
At Universal Eco Homes Ireland, we recently completed the transformation of a large residential property, refreshing its exterior walls with our professional wall cleaning and coating service.
Before the project, sections of the property’s exterior had a tired, weathered appearance, with visible discolouration and uneven surface markings. The rendered walls needed more than a simple clean to achieve the fresh, uniform finish the homeowner wanted.
Our team carried out the exterior cleaning and preparation before applying a high-performance ProPERLA facade coating. The result is a brighter, more contemporary appearance, with a clean white finish that gives the property a renewed look.
Exterior walls are constantly exposed to rain, moisture, pollution and changing temperatures. Over time, these conditions can affect the appearance of rendered surfaces, leaving them looking dull, marked and uneven.
This property had visible signs of weathering across its exterior, making a comprehensive cleaning, treatment and coating solution the ideal approach to revitalising its appearance.
Rather than simply painting over the existing surface, our aim was to prepare the walls properly and apply a specialist protective coating designed to help repel rainwater while allowing the facade to remain breathable.
To restore and protect the property’s exterior, we followed a simple four-step process.
1. Exterior Wall Cleaning
We thoroughly cleaned the walls to remove dirt and surface contaminants.
2. Surface Treatment & Preparation
We treated and prepared the walls, ready for the new coating.
3. ProPERLA Facade Coating
We applied ProPERLA facade coating to give the property a fresh, bright white finish while helping protect the walls against rain and moisture.
4. The Finished Result
The coating gave the property a cleaner, more uniform appearance, refreshing the exterior and enhancing its overall look.
At Universal Eco Homes Ireland, we combine professional exterior cleaning, thorough surface preparation and specialist coating systems to help homeowners restore and protect their properties.
