Universal Eco Homes was the brainchild of Joe Law, whose passion for excellence in wall and roof cleaning and coatings inspired him to create a company that would set new standards across the industry.
With a clear vision to build a trustworthy wall and roof cleaning company focused on honesty and high-quality work, Joe laid the foundations for what would become Universal Eco Homes. He was soon joined by his father, Chris Law, who brought decades of hands-on experience. Together, they built a family-run business based on trust, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction.
But the family connection didn’t stop there. Chris’s wife (and Joe’s mum), Sammy, soon joined the team, followed by Joe’s fiancée, Jena. So when we say we’re a genuine family-run business, we really mean it!
Although we’ve grown a lot since the early days of just Joe and Chris, we’ve never lost that family-first mindset. Every home we work on is treated like our own.

Our continued growth as a trusted wall and roof cleaning company has seen us expand with two major bases, Colchester, Essex and Manchester, allowing our expert teams to cover homes across England and Wales. We recently opened a branch in Malaga, Spain, serving the full Costa del Sol, and most exciting of all, our Irish branch, based in beautiful Cork. Here, we’re proud to be the ONLY ProPERLA Platinum Approved Applicator in the whole of Ireland.
From modest beginnings, we’re now operating across three countries, from Marbella to Mallow to Mansfield. Not bad for a family-run business, eh?
